Our stay was fantastic with clean, spacious rooms, walking distance to major sights and lovely local shops nearby. I especially loved the warm hotel vibe and cozy feeling.

Had a boss time here! The staff were dead sound, especially Ismail, who was always willing to help. Breakfast was proper lush with loads of tasty options. Just a bit noisy one night with other guests, but overall, I felt right at home! Can't wait to go back!

The steep uphill trek to reach the nearest tram stop can be tiring, particularly for those with mobility issues or when carrying heavy bags. Expect some noise from the surrounding bars, especially on weekends, which might disrupt sleep if you're not a heavy sleeper. The limited selection of English TV channels can feel lacking for those wanting entertainment while relaxing in their room.

The staff were extraordinary , especially Mr Murat who helped us book a Bosphorus cruise with excellent seats. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of cheeses and vegetables , but you have to arrive early , or you might find some options running low.
